I just want to write you a quick note and let you know how grateful we are for your help in buying our first home.  We were extremely nervous, and there were a lot of things about the loan process that we did not understand.  Our realtor had recommended we give you a call; she said you were good with first time home buyers, and she was right!

Thank goodness we called you off of that little article we saw about you running in the newspaper. We had tried to refinance our home with our local bank, but they turned us down. My husband works in the aircraft industry, and we went to the credit union there, but they couldn’t help either. Then in February of this year, we were within one week of closing on our loan with a local broker, the appraisal had been done and we were set, when he called and told us that that program he had for us was no longer available!
